Physical operations first

Existing inventory, sales, customer, analytics, storefront, and offline capabilities remain. The pivot adds receiving, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch, counts, and returns around them.

Proven on the shop floor

Workflows are validated in a live multi-channel retail operation before Wareflow expands into more complex warehouse environments. Barcode-led processes are proven first, running on the phones staff already carry.

Wareflow is evolving from a general inventory and sales-management application into an automation platform for African retailers, distributors, and warehouses. It connects physical inventory movements to digital records using the phones your team already carries and printed barcode labels — no special scanning hardware required to get started.

Inventory uses an append-only ledger. Wareflow does not rely only on updating a quantity field. Every change creates an immutable event with who, what, where, when, and which purchase order, transfer, sale, or stock count authorized it. Cached balances may speed the UI, but the ledger remains the source of truth.

Yes. Offline support is a core capability for Wareflow's African market. The mobile app stores assigned tasks, barcodes, locations, recent balances, and pending events locally. When connectivity returns, events upload in order. Rejected events are never silently discarded.

An Android phone for the camera-based scanning, and barcode labels you print yourself from PDF sheets. Wareflow supplies no hardware and requires no scanners, printers, or rugged devices — it runs on the phones your team already carries, so you can go live without buying equipment.
